Unfortunately, this Observer is active most of the time--tormenting us at least 80 to 90% of our waking lives. Once in a while, however, we break free. Perhaps, we’re enjoying ourselves at a friend’s party or in a group we’re comfortable in, and we momentarily break out of our shell. We reverse our personalities--becoming what I call the Actor, the fun, free, and confident part of us that is who we really are.
